Beautiful old St. Therese of Lisieux rosary box, dating to approximately the 1920s-1930s.
The box is gilt metal with really pretty raised scroll and floral decoration on the top and engraved decoration around all four sides.
The center has a print portrait of St. Therese of Lisieux, The Little Flower of Jesus, under a domed glass cabochon.
There are 4 faceted green paste stones set around the portrait.
The box opens and closes properly and the inside still retains much of its original gold colored finish.
Measures 2 3/4\" wide.
There is wear, light loss to the finish from age, but definitely does not detract. I have not cleaned or polished it, but I did wipe it down. Please look closely at all photos for condition.
