Vtg 1960s Scripto Vu Lighter Chevy Chevrolet Bowtie Logo Clear Tank Sparks For Sale

Offered for sale is a classic vintage 1960s Scripto Vu-Lighter featuring the iconic Chevrolet red bowtie logo floating inside the transparent fuel reservoir. This collectible piece of automotive advertising displays a clean chrome-plated hood, a bold red ribbed decorative center band, and an intact bottom filler screw marked with original U.S. and Canadian patents.

The lighter is structurally sound and has a strong, snappy hinge closure. The chimney mechanism is clean and features the authentic "Vu-Lighter" stamping on the snuffer plate. The spark wheel strikes cleanly and generates a sharp, reliable spark, meaning it only requires fresh fluid to be completely operational. It makes a fantastic addition to any vintage petrol lighter collection, Chevy automobilia display, or tobacciana archive.
