Hand painted . All fingers intact, the flower basket has lost its handle , otherwise excellent

Manufacturer: Porzellanfabrik Schaubach-Kunst (Heinz Schaubach) in Unterweißbach, Thuringia, Germany.

Mark: Features a crown over the monogram letters HUS (Heinz Schaubach Unterweißbach).

Model Number: impressed number 3284- B corresponds to the specific design
