Up for sale is an rare, original vintage luncheon menu from the legendary Kahiki Supper Club in Columbus, Ohio.
While Kahiki dinner menus are highly collectible, original lunch menus from this era are exceptionally scarce and rarely surface on the market because few lunch patrons kept them as souvenirs. This piece features the iconic, vibrant yellow cover with the stylized "Kahiki Feast" artwork. The interior includes highly sought-after, illustrated color graphics for classic exotic tiki cocktails including the Shark's Tooth, Pink Flame, Chi Chi, Cha Cha, and Maui Fizz.
This menu shows actual, honest restaurant use from the golden era of mid-century tiki. It features worn corners, general handling creases, a vertical center fold crease, edge tears, and staining/foxing from real-world restaurant use. There is also a vintage ink notation at the bottom interior page. This piece has fantastic, genuine restaurant-used patina and historic character that will look gorgeous matted and framed.
