Vitage Coffee Grinder Wall Mount Zassenhaus Germany Has Glass Measure 1940s For Sale

This wall mount coffee grinder is complete and retains all of it\'s original parts. It is mounted on a heavy wood backing that is ink stamped on the back \"845 - Made in Germany\". There are two holes at the top and two holes at the bottom to secure this to a wall or even a kitchen cabinet. The \"works\" are cast iron. The crank handle is cast iron as well and is impressed \"Zassenhaus\". It has a wooden handle at the bottom. There is a ceramic windmill delft top to hold the beans. This ceramic piece is marked with a \"beehive - 10299\". There is a wooden cap that fits onto the ceramic piece. This still retains some of it\'s original blue paint.It still retains the original clear glass measuring cup. This measuring cup slides into a slot at the bottom of the \"works\". The board and some of the metal parts are painted white. I believe this was redone by a previous owner. This coffee grinder is approximately 13-1/2\" tall x 5-1/2\" wide at the top x approximately 7\" deep at the handle knob. This coffee grinder is from the 1940s or a bit earlier.There is a chip on the ceramic \"cup\" on the bottom on the outside that you can see in picture #8. The cap that fits into the top has a rubber liner that is almost completely gone. As I mentioned above, there is wear to the blue paint on the cap. And the board was painted by a previous owner. The handle does turn. some of the iron shows a bit of surface rust. The glass cup fits and is tight. Please see the pictures. They help with the description.
