The Westmoreland Glass Company, founded in Pennsylvania in 1889, became one of America\'s most respected producers of elegant pressed and handmade art glass. Their frosted vanity boxes with hand-painted floral decorations are especially popular with collectors, and examples retaining their original labels and packaging are increasingly difficult to find.
