Up for sale is a beautiful, complete set of six (6) vintage West German mercury glass Christmas ball ornaments. They feature a striking retro plaid/grid pattern created with colorful base lines (Aqua/Teal, Red, Gold, Green) overlaid with sparkling mica glitter. These ornaments come nestled in their original molded white vintage packaging tray and cardboard box bottom. Perfect for adding a classic mid-century or retro look to your holiday tree, or for adding to a vintage ornament collection.

The ornaments are in great vintage shape with bright colors and very minimal paint or glitter loss. No chips, cracks, or broken glass necks however they do have some age related yellowing, see photos. The original box & molded plastic insert tray show only light aging and minor wear typical of vintage storage, but holds the ornaments safely and securely.
