Vintage glass-reservoir paint pinstriping/striping tool, believed to date to the mid-20th century. Features a clear glass paint reservoir, cast metal striping head, guide arm, and double brass/serrated wheel assembly.This type of tool was used by sign painters, automotive painters, decorators and craftsmen to apply consistent painted stripes and decorative lines.The metal shows age-related patina, oxidation and surface wear consistent with an older working tool. Glass bottle appears intact with no obvious cracks or chips observed.
