Vintage Weller Pottery Reproduction Art Nouveau 8.5\" Vase with Caryatid Handles For Sale

For your consideration is a vintage ceramic vase in the style of Weller pottery featuring a deep cobalt blue organic form with female nude caryatid handles. The vase is stamped \"Weller\" to the underside, but it is NOT made by Weller. It is a reproduction from the mid-20th century. Regardless, it is a beautiful and difficult to find piece that is well made, exquisitely formed, and is pleasing to the eye. Diminutive in size, the vase has a slender silhouette standing approximately 8.5\" in height, measuring 6.5\" in width from handle to handle, and has an opening measuring 3\" in diameter. One chip is present at the base which has been concealed, and while it is visible it isn\'t distracting. Light uniform crazing can be seen on close inspection. It\'s in good condition otherwise with no other chips, cracks, prior repairs, or other imperfections. Wear is commensurate to age and use, so please regard the photos as they form a descriptive part of the listing.
