Gone fishing! This cheerful angler is a WMG \'shelf sitter\' from 2003, part of a whimsical line of folk-art style figures with dangling legs, made to perch on the edge of a shelf, mantel or windowsill. Collectors of cottage, cabin and grandma-style decor love these little characters, and she would be a fun gift for the fisherman or fisherwoman in your life or a charming accent on a lake-house shelf.
Marked (c)WMG 2003 on the back. She has red hair, green overalls and a bucket hat, and holds a wooden fishing rod with a twine line and blue end piece. A creel basket is attached, and her two painted wooden legs hang on cord in three segments each. Weighs about 0.48 lb.
Condition: Pre-owned with a chip at the bottom corner of the creel basket that shows white underneath, a small white paint chip on the hat brim, and light dust on the paint. The rod, twine, creel and both legs are all present - see photos.
The photos are part of the description, and she will be packed with care.
