Vintage Ulmia Ott wooden horn plane (Putzhobel) made in Germany. Beech body with the classic sculpted front horn and rounded rear tote, both intact. The green Ulmia medallion is present and legible. Chip breaker and hardware remain in the body but are rusted.
The iron/blade is missing and not included. Body shows age-appropriate wear throughout — surface grime, use darkening, and a minor side crack. Sole is flat and solid. Approximately 7.5–8 inches long with a ~48mm mouth opening.
A good candidate for restoration with a replacement iron, or display as a piece of German woodworking history.
