This Vintage Tiffin Pink Rose Depression Glass Dolphin Koi Fish Candlestick Holder is a stunning piece with an Art Deco style and a glossy finish. Cadmium glow was obtained by using a special UV flash light at close proximity to piece.  Not a UV black light.  Glow shown through camera lens varies from what natural eye will see. Please keep that in mind.  What you see with your natural eye will not be the same as the camera view. No chips or cracks noticed,  but there are a couple of black spots as depicted in photos.  Probably manufactured flaws.
