Up for sale is a vintage Stubai Austria climbing piton, size 10, forged from solid steel and showing the classic wear of mid‑century alpine hardware. Stubai was one of Europe’s most respected producers of climbing equipment, and their pitons were widely used from the 1950s through the 1970s by mountaineers and rock climbers.
This piton is in used vintage condition with visible rust, patina, and surface wear consistent with age and outdoor use. The STUBAI AUSTRIA stamp and 10 size marking are still readable. Please review all photos for exact condition.
