Authentic aged condition with substantial surface wear, scratches, oxidation, rust, discoloration, staining, and areas of graphic/paint loss. One side has especially prominent scraping and finish loss. Rust and oxidation are also present on the top, bottom, edges, handle, and seams. The can remains a wonderfully colorful and character-filled display piece.The cap was briefly opened for inspection, and dried, crusted residue is present around the interior/top of the opening, consistent with the can’s original use as a syrup container. The interior has not been cleaned or fully inspected.
