Vintage Czech Sklo Union “Thousand Eyes” Art Glass Vase

Striking vintage Mid-Century Modern pressed-glass vase designed by František Pečený for Heřmanova Huť, part of the Czech Sklo Union group.

This design is commonly known by collectors as “Thousand Eyes” and is identified as pattern No. 20040. The vase features rows of deeply molded circular lenses separated by horizontal bands, creating a dramatic optical effect as light passes through the heavy smoky gray glass.
