Beautiful oversized vintage square scarf featuring an elaborate floral and botanical design in soft ivory, pale mint, turquoise, yellow, brown, sage green, and metallic gold.The scarf is signed “SHAARAWI” within the artwork.A particularly unusual feature is the extensive raised metallic-gold decoration throughout the design. The gold stars, dots, floral accents, and other details have noticeable texture and dimension above the surface of the fabric rather than simply being flat printed color.The fabric is lightweight, sheer, and finely woven with a soft lustrous appearance.
