Vintage Raw Alabaster Trinket Bowls, Wabi Sabi Rustic, Brutalist Décor, MCM For Sale

Vintage pair of mid-late 20th century hand carved raw alabaster trinket dishes or salt cellars. While they are unmarked, most raw alabaster carved items of this style originate from either Italy or Egypt - being hubs of alabaster craftsmanship for the era.

The pair matches as far as material, but different significantly in style. The lidded jar is a more modern Brutalist, geometric MCM, stylization of this market. Whereas the open top footed piece is much more inspired by antiquarian pre-columbian/meso American aesthetics.

Great choice for any kind of rustic or natural style interiors. Easy care: just do not get wet or use a harsh hand.

Please that these are vintage, pre-owned, and raw/natural pieces - there may be some indications of slight wear/tear, age, or natural variations in the pieces. Please review all images or reach out with additional questions before purchase.
