This is still in amazing condition! Tucked away for decades in our warehouse storage for Straw into Gold. The owner is a collector of all sorts of interesting textiles, art, and unique treasures from all over the world. She cannot recall exactly when she acquired this but we are guessing late 80s.
In my research I found very close match by the same artist that sold at sale for $80-120. I cannot access the exact purchase amount without jumping through many hoops. I took a few pictures to show how each piece is unique and what the invaluable site had to say about it. The last 5 photos here are from that site.
It hangs easily by the twine that holds the frame together.
