Unique vintage Halloween item. No tag or makers mark. I’m guessing it is a Cody Foster circa early 2000’s item by doing a Google search. No stains, holes, rips or damaged areas. Fading noted on black dress. Overall great pre-owned condition.

This item differs than most that are similar because of the material used on hands is not cloth and the base of the item in this listing is different than similar comps.
