This is a collectible set of two vintage polychrome hand-turned wood lidded vessels. Often referred to as traditional tobacco, spice, or keepsake boxes, they feature vibrant colors of orange, ochre yellow, black with what looks like bone or horn inlay.
- Larger Vessel: Approx. 7\" in diameter
- Smaller Vessel: Approx. 5.5\" in diameter
Condition:
These were an estate sale find, so exact age is unknown. They are in good vintage/antique condition with the natural age and patina expected of older items. As with all authentic hand-turned and hand-painted primitive wood art, there are minor surface imperfections, light paint wear, and natural shrinkage lines in the wood consistent with age. This only adds to their rustic charm and character. Please review all photos closely as they form part of the description.
Shipping & Handling:
Items will be packed with care to ensure safe transit. Fast shipping from a smoke-free home.
