This is a Vintage (circa Late 1930's mid 1940's) Plomb 3/8" Drive 24 tooth Ratchet Socket Wrench Modle 5249. It is a collectible tool made in the United States by the brand Plomb. I have thourghly cleaned and re greased it blued the screws and cover,gear and tested it. It looks great for a 70 plus year old tool.
