The stem presents nicely, and the original manufacturer markings remain legible.Please note a cosmetic gouge at the junction of the shank and bowl. The exposed area has been carefully color-matched to blend with the surrounding finish. The gouge remains visible and has not been filled. The pipe is structurally sound.There is also some age-related rim wear and darkening consistent with prior use.Please examine all photographs carefully, particularly the close-up of the cosmetic imperfection, as they form an important part of the condition description.A handsome example of Peterson's historic K Briar line, featuring the classic Canadian shape and attractive vintage Irish craftsmanship.
