Vintage mid-century electric hurricane/parlor lamp featuring high-quality brass hardware stamped by the famous P. & A. MFG.CO. (Plume & Atwood) of Waterbury, Connecticut. This lamp is styled after classic 19th-century traditional student/parlor lighting & features a smooth cased emerald green glass shade ( white milk glass on the interior to beautifully reflect light downward) paired with a clean, clear glass chimney. Lamp is in vintage working condition. The cased green glass shade is in perfect shape with no chips, cracks or flea bites along the rim. The brass- plated base displays a light, honest, age-appropriate patina & minor surface pitting/wear that adds to its authentic vintage character.
