Vintage Signed Nabeshima Ware Porcelain Bowl – 2 Karako Boys Motif (Pristine Condition)
Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Japanese blue and white porcelain bowl featuring the traditional Karako (Tang Children) motif. The hand-painted exterior beautifully depicts two young boys playing amidst detailed pine trees, framed by a scalloped upper border. The interior features a pristine white porcelain well enclosed by a matching stylized geometric wave border along the inner lobed rim.
The underside of the foot is hand-signed with the traditional vertical underglaze mark "鍋島山" (Nabeshima-zan), tracing its heritage directly to the historic artisan clan kilns of the Okawachiyama region (Imari / Arita ware).
