DescriptionThis is a rare estate item from an elderly gentleman! This radio has been tested and does work (see video). The higher area of the band does have some crackling as heard. We still tuned in more AM stations than usual for our area. The batteries need to be make full contact so the radio can't be leaned backward or the batteries loose contact. A cloth shim or something along those lines is an easy solution. It works fine but you just can't lay it on it's backside. Good cosmetics overall. Straps have wear but still have a lot of life left. Leather could be cleaned up a bit better in some areas. Chrome does have some pitting as shown. The photos describe cosmetics the best so please view all photos prior to purchase as they are part of the description.
