An exquisite vintage Moorish/Anglo-Indian style handcrafted solid brass pedestal container. This footed trinket bowl features hand-fitted, iridescent mother-of-pearl (nacre) shell mosaic inlay panels along both the lid and outer body, accented by a striking scalloped / sawtooth brass border.  Item Features & Details: Design & Style: Moorish / Anglo-Indian Hollywood Regency, featuring a pedestal footed base, fitted dome lid with turned brass knob, and dramatic sawtooth scalloped edging.  Materials: Solid brass body with natural mother-of-pearl shell inlay tiles showing beautiful iridescence under light.  Measurements: Measures approximately 5 inches wide at the scalloped rim and 3.25 inches tall to the top of the lid knob (approx. 2.5 inches tall without lid).  Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The brass exhibits a nice authentic patina with minor age-appropriate wear.
