Buckle is non-magnetic. It is not marked sterling or 925, so the metal content is being described conservatively as silver-tone/silver plate.
Preowned vintage condition with age-related patina, tarnish, surface scratches and finish wear, particularly on the reverse. The engraved front still displays beautifully. Please review photos closely for condition.
