CONDITION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
This is a vintage set being sold in AS-IS, TLC / RESTORATION CONDITION.
- The fiberglass trays show age-related discoloration, staining, scratches, surface wear, and other imperfections throughout.
- A couple of the fiberglass trays have small splits, cracks, or breaks. Close-up photos have been provided showing these areas.
- The white metal folding legs show considerable rust, scratches, paint chipping, and finish wear.
- Some of the metal legs appear to have been previously painted and could definitely benefit from cleaning and refinishing.
- Some of the small plastic clips that secure the trays are chipped or partially broken. However, the trays still clip into place.
- The original storage stand/carrier shows scratches, scuffs, discoloration, finish wear, and rust on the white metal crossbars.
- The brown wood-look supports show general wear and imperfections consistent with age.
- There is a broken/missing section along the bottom edge of one of the brown stand supports. Please see the close-up photos. Despite this damage, the stand still sits upright and holds all four trays as pictured.
- The metal components have areas of heavier rust, particularly around the lower portions, joints, and crossbars.
- Overall, the entire set could benefit from a thorough cleaning, fiberglass repairs, and refinishing.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a pristine vintage set. It has noticeable wear, rust, discoloration, and some damage. It is being offered as a TLC/restoration project, with any necessary repairs left to the buyer.
Despite the condition issues, this is still a really neat vintage set with plenty of character and potential! The eagle graphics and detailed architectural background are especially attractive and give these trays a distinctive mid-century Americana appearance.
The set still displays nicely together on its original storage stand and would be a great find for someone who enjoys restoring vintage furniture, collecting retro TV trays, or decorating with unique mid-century pieces.
YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL FOUR FIBERGLASS TV TRAYS PLUS THE ORIGINAL STORAGE STAND/CARRIER.
PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS CLOSELY! I have included multiple close-up pictures showing the fiberglass damage, rust, paint wear, broken clips, missing section on the stand, discoloration, and other imperfections. Photos are an important part of the description and help show the overall condition.
