A bold polished black obsidian figure of a Mesoamerican warrior in the Aztec/Mayan style, with a tall headdress, carved facial features and arm details. It is a typical mid-to-late 20th century Mexican carving, likely from the Teotihuacan area. The high polish gives it a great glassy shine.
