Beautiful mid-century Danish set of six demitasse (coffee) spoons by Meka (Meka Reklamegaver) of Denmark.
Each spoon features a gleaming gold finish with a distinctive shell-style terminal on the handle, hand-enamelled in a different color: teal/green, red, purple/mauve, cobalt blue, yellow/gold, and light blue. The spoons are marked “MEKA DENMARK” on the reverse of the stems.
They come in their original black presentation case with white satin lining, fitted compartments, and the original ribbon that reads “DANISH HAND-ENAMELLED.”
Measurements
