I believe this may be a MEBCO brand comb, although there are no markings to confirm this. It looks like there may have originally been a cap with the Mebco symbol, but I cannot be certain.
This is a spray/comb combo. I tested it with a small amount of water, and it does spray, but I am listing the spray function as-is, as vintage items can sometimes malfunction or stop working over time.
The comb itself may have some minor scratches or marks, but overall, it appears to be in very good condition, in my opinion.
