RARE Vintage MCM Brazilian Ceramic Elephant Pair 10.5” Trunk Up Made in Brazil matched pair of vintage Mid-Century Modern ceramic elephant figurines, made in Brazil.
These are the larger 10.5-inch-tall version, measured to the top of the fully raised trunks. Both elephants feature a rich glossy amber/caramel-brown glaze with darker detailing, deeply molded decoration, raised trunks and sculptural rocky bases.
Both pieces are marked MADE IN BRAZIL on the underside and bear mold/model number 94.
The large scale makes this pair especially impressive for display and distinguishes them from the smaller Brazilian ceramic elephant figurines more commonly Matched pair — 2 elephants
