Vintage Lippelsdorf porcelain figurine depicting an elegantly dressed courting couple in 18th-century-style clothing. The piece is hand-painted in soft yellow, blue, cream and brown tones with finely molded facial and clothing details.
The underside bears the blue crown “1877 GDR” backstamp used by VEB Porzellanfiguren Lippelsdorf between approximately 1951 and 1974. Made in Lippelsdorf, Thuringia, East Germany. Please note that “1877” represents the factory’s founding year, not the figurine’s production date.
Preowned vintage condition with age-related wear and discoloration visible on the underside. Please examine all photographs carefully for condition, particularly the delicate fingers and other small details.
