Vintage Lasko Model 6002 industrial drum fan. Made by Lasko of West Chester, Pennsylvania. The label reads 'GREEN LEAD IS GROUND,' 'CONTRACT GR(P)859 0.5 AMPS,' 'MODEL 6002,' '115 V. 60 CYC.,' 'LASKO WEST CHESTER, PA.' Measures approx. 8 inches in diameter. Light green/gray painted metal with rust and patina. Wire mesh safety guard on the front; the back is open showing the motor. Power cord with 2-prong plug (plug marked 'ROYAL'). Handwritten '861' marking on the body. TESTED AND WORKING — the fan runs. The cord shows age but is intact. Cosmetic wear throughout including rust, dust, and dirt.
