Original vintage U.S. military casualty sleeping bag from the Korean War era, marked:

Heavy-duty olive drab military construction with quilted down-filled interior and fur-trimmed hood. Extremely substantial and well-made piece of Cold War/Korean War military field equipment.
The interior label identifies:
- Belfer Corporation, Brooklyn, N.Y.
- Down / waterfowl feather filling
- 40% down / 60% waterfowl feathers
Large zipper system and mummy-style hood design. These casualty bags were intended for transport and treatment of wounded soldiers in severe cold-weather conditions.
This is an impressive and uncommon military collectible that displays incredibly well and would appeal to:
