Vintage Kieninginger & Obergfell 400 Day Anniversary Torsion Clock Brass For Sale

Nice used condition with normal wear from age. I dont see anything that looks really bad. The base shows age but would look better after cleaning. Most is brass but not all. Its untested thats why I listed it as for parts or repairs. Id imagine someone could get it working that knows about clocks. Measures roughly 12 1/2\" from base to top of globe. When I picked it up to dust and take pictures the Torsion part started doing its movement back and forth. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad lol. Any white streaks in the pictures are just the reflection from the ceiling light. Please take a look at all of the pictures and feel free to ask any questions.Thank you.
