Vintage Kahala Hilton Honolulu Hawaii Brass Hotel Room Key 917 Fob Original
Original Kahala Hilton hotel room key numbered 917 with a heavy brass-tone metal fob marked Kahala Hilton Honolulu Hawaii. The key is stamped 917 on the front and has return-by-mail wording with P.O. Box 10369 Honolulu Hawaii 96816 on the reverse. The resort opened as the Kahala Hilton in 1964. Shows darkened patina, scattered oxidation and spotting, surface wear, and discoloration to the ring and key; see photos.
History:
Built in 1964 as the Kahala Hilton, it later became the Kahala Mandarin Oriental before transitioning to The Kahala Hotel & Resort
