Vintage Italian tricolour hanging pennant / display banner in the traditional green, white and red colours.
This is an older sewn fabric example, constructed from separate coloured panels rather than printed material. It forms part of a matching group of vintage national pennants made in the same pointed format.

Well-used vintage condition with significant age-related wear throughout, including staining, fading, small holes, loose threads, fraying and general surface marks. The fabric has developed a strong aged patina and clearly shows its age and previous use.
There is an old handwritten “FF” marking to the fabric. Similar markings appear on other pennants from the same collection, so this is believed to be an old owner or inventory mark rather than part of the original national design.
A characterful decorative piece with strong vintage appeal, suitable for display, interiors, collecting or as part of a group of older European national banners.
