Wow, I found this years ago and it has been displayed on a shelf in my kitchen as a curiosity.
Yesterday I started researching it and played around with it, polished and filled it with water and coffee, plugged it in and to my amazement out came espresso from all 4 spouts!
Well designed (of course-it is Italian) and compact espresso maker.

Instructions:Loosen top Octagonal knob, fold down bracket, twist off cap, take our grounds holder.Fill with water to dividing lineInsert grounds holderPut in bottom filterAdd espresso grind coffeeClose with top filterPut cap on and turn to seal, (not vigorously tight)Bring up bracketAlign screw under octagonal knob to closeInstall cordPlug into wall receptacleEntire device will warm up, except the base-FINGERS OFF-HOT!!Espresso will be dispensed from the four armed spout.Your espresso will be wonderful
