A complete vintage edition of the classic mathematical mentalism effect, Improved Mental Logs. This high-quality set was manufactured by Sam's Magic Service in Calcutta, India, a workshop highly respected by vintage magic collectors.
The Effect:
The performer displays four solid metal rods, each featuring completely different columns of numbers printed on all four sides. A spectator rolls or arranges the rods side-by-side in any order they choose, creating thousands of possible mathematical combinations. Before the spectator can even open a calculator app, the performer instantly writes down the exact total of the columns!
Item Condition & Details:
Premium Metal Construction: Includes all four (4) original square metal rods. Unlike modern plastic variants, these rods are made of solid, anodized metal with bright, highly durable numbers.
Original Instructions Included: Comes with the rare, complete original printed instruction sheet detailing the mechanical secret, math rules, and performance presentation tips.
Authentic Provenance: Clearly stamped "Sam's Magic Service - Calcutta - Made in India" on the paperwork.
This is a fantastic addition for collectors of mid-to-late 20th-century vintage magic apparatus or close-up mentalists looking for a reliable, hard-working pocket trick.
