Vintage IBM Industrial School Clock 13" Glass Face Metal USA 79789 Works For Sale

Clock is in working condition. I'm unsure how to set to correct time but when plugged in the clock does work. There are several scuffs and scratches on the metal frame. There is also a hole in the top of the frame as seen in photos.
