Vintage Hofbauer Byrdes Crystal Clear Bird Footed Candy Dish with Lid Germany For Sale

This beautifully crafted lidded and footed candy dish by Hofbauer is a part of the discontinued Byrdes collection which was produced in Germany during the mid to late 1900s. It is made of lead crystal pressed glass and features a small bird on top of the lid with intricate details throughout. The bottom portion of the candy dish features a detailed birds motif all around, and has three small feet that add a touch of elegance to this crystal glass collectible. It produces that nice resonating ping sound when you tap it, a feature of crystal glass.

This lovely candy dish measures about 5.5\" tall to the bird on top of the lid. The bowl without the lid is 4\" in diameter and about 2\" deep.
