Rare Articulated Folk Art Kinetic Rocking Horse with Moving Legs

Bring charm, movement, and true artisan craftsmanship into your space with this animated rocking horse—a rare and collectible folk art piece designed to delight. Perfect as a ‘gift’ for holidays!

Unique Kinetic Action:

• Mechanical Movement: Gentle rocking causes the horse’s legs to move in a natural “clip-clop” sound and motion, beautifully mimicking a walking or trotting horse.

• Articulated Hooves: This animated mechanical feature is uncommon and highly sought after by collectors of whimsical decor, automata, and folk art.

Artisan Details & Craftsmanship:

• Hand-Signed: Authenticated, dated, and signed by the artist (H.C. White, May 2019) on the inner rocker runner.

• Intricate Accents: Showcases hand-painted details including a saddle, bridle, blanket, and pack, alongside delicate floral accents and a beautifully textured mane.

• Expressive Character: Features a wonderfully expressive face and warm, rustic tones that evoke a timeless, storybook feel.

Perfect for Display:

This one-of-a-kind statement piece adds personality and mechanical appeal to any room. It is ideal for an equestrian collection, a nursery, a home office, or a study.
