Etched and carved plate , with black toned outlines and light
paint washes for color, and some gold toned metallic paint detail.
Framed in ornate silver toned painted wooden frames with beige textured matte border.
Frame measure approx 18 '' tall
by 15 '' wide , etching is 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" .
Art is not visibly signed and has not been inspected outside of the frame, but it could be attributed to Saul Raskin
Good condition , small distress on border of frame .
