Wonderful matched pair of primitive folk-art wooden pigs from Fairfield Folk Art of La Habra, California. Both feature chunky carved wood construction, distressed white finish with black spots and hooves, pink snouts, coiled wire tails and painted red hearts on their hindquarters. The larger sow also has six wooden teats.
Larger pig measures approximately 10-1/2\" x 7\" x 3-7/8\" and weighs approximately 2 lb 7 oz. Smaller pig measures approximately 7-1/4\" x 3-1/2\" x 2-1/2\" and weighs approximately 10 oz. Combined weight approximately 3 lb.
Fairfield / La Habra, California marking is visible on the underside of the larger pig.
