Known condition issues: The filling lever is currently seized and has not been forced. The outer metal cap sleeve is loose and separates from the inner black cap. The body and cap show considerable cosmetic wear from age and use, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, and finish wear. The internal ink sac and filling system have not been inspected and should be assumed to require service.
The 14K nib appears reasonably intact visually, including the tip, but it has not been writing-tested.
This would be best suited to a vintage fountain pen collector, restorer, or someone seeking an Eversharp 14K nib / Skyline project.
