This is a charming vintage European hand-carved wooden figurine depicting a detailed gentleman character wearing a top hat, round spectacles, a long coat, and a bowtie. He is holding a pouch in one hand and an umbrella/cane in the other.
Carved with classic facet/chisel marks and finished with soft, muted polychrome staining that showcases the natural wood grain. Mounted on a solid octagonal wooden display base.
