Vintage Dunhill Shell Briar LBS F/T Estate Pipe Group 4 1969 For Sale

This is a nicely restored 1969 Dunhill Shell Briar LBS F/T group 4 estate pipe. I have refinished this one to bring out a vintage looking 1969 LBS F/T Shell Briar. The shell blast is craggy and well defined and in good shape. I was able to preserve the stampings, where nomenclature is still intact, deep in crisp over a good portion of the stampings, although there are still some signs of wear from use and polishing over the years, but nothing major - see pics. The stem is polished up to a mirror like shine with no oxidation or chatter. The rim is in great shape and clean, still showing a nicely defined wood grain blast. The chamber has been reamed and cleaned and coated. The airway and stem are cleaned and fully prepped for piping a favorite tobacco blend in this pipe's generous chamber. I have applied carnauba wax across the whole stummel for continued protection of this beautiful pipe's finish. This large group 4 Dunhill LBS estate pipe is a collector's choice and will be an excellent addition to any collection or pipe rotation.
