Vintage Dubl Duck Goldedge straight razor, made in Solingen, Germany.The blade measures approximately 0.71” wide, putting it squarely in the 11/16” class. It retains a substantial blade with a classic hollow grind and square-point profile.The tang is clearly marked Dubl Duck Goldedge, with the reverse carrying the Pearlduck / Dubl Duck / Solingen Germany markings.The pearlescent scales are especially attractive and retain the ornate Dubl Duck decorative inlay at the tail. The razor opens and closes properly and the blade centers well between the scales.The blade has been cleaned and polished while retaining normal vintage character. Some fine scratches, staining and age-related marks remain, particularly around the tang and tail, and are shown clearly in the photographs.A vintage Dubl Duck Goldedge box is included. The box shows substantial age, wear and fading.
