Vintage Diamond Dyes Oak & Tin Country Store Advertising Cabinet "Skipping Rope" For Sale

Excellent condition! This early 20th century oak cabinet was made by Wells & Richardson Company, Inc and served as an iconic advertising and storage cabinet for Diamond Dyes for the better part of the early 20th century. Now a collectible part of early American history!This particular cabinet has a painted tin front depicting "Children Skipping Rope" often referred to as "The Mansion" referring to the large structure behind them. The tin is in good condition with some signs of aging as shown. Inside the door is a paper backing with notations and information about the dyes for the retailer. The inner workings of the cabinet feature several intact dividers to separate the dye packets. There are 36 total divided squares of which a few have sticker remnants of the names of the dyes stored in that particular section.
Overall in good condition with signs of age and use as to be expected with an antique item. The cabinet is very sturdy and the door closes well. Please see all photos!
